Layby Terms & Conditions

We have layby available instore & online. If you would like to make a layby online, please contact us via email to make arrangements

Terms and Conditions:

1. Term – Available on a 8-week term and must be paid in full prior to collection of goods.
2. Collection Date – Must be collected by finalisation date listed.
3. Minimum Value – Available on purchases of $50 or more.
4. Deposit – 20% deposit is required upon commencement.
5. Payments – Regular fortnightly payments must be made.
6. Non-Modification – Individual items may not be added, removed or separated from a layby.
7. Cancellation – Failure to make payments when they are due or to collect your layby by the due date will be treated as a cancellation by the customer. The customer is entitled to a refund of monies paid, less a termination fee of 20% of the total.
